Made these for my sister, she wanted to get her friends some cake as gift. So, we made 7" square fruitcake and cut it into 4 portions. Covered with marzipan, then with white fondant and finish it with flowers on top and ribbon trimming.

I received an e-mail from this customer a few weeks back asking if I could make some cupcakes for her when the came back to her hometown. And I was told that she has been following my blog from time to time and she wanted to order them. Unfortunately, I only read the e-mail a week later. So, I gave her my contact number and told her that she can just sms me the next time she's coming back and I could make some cupcakes for her. And I received her text yesterday requesting for these Vanilla cupcakes with butter cream for her 4th anniversary.

This order is from one of my closest friend and she wanted to get these for her cousin's wedding. The color theme for this wedding is green. Cupcakes are vanilla with buttercream, covered with white fondant. The cake is fruitcake covered with white fondant, decorated as a gift box with roses.

it has been a while....

I know I haven't been updating this blog for quite some time now. It has been a very busy year and I've been trying out new things, new recipes, etc. etc. Tonight I just got around to make some changes on the blog layout, and thought I update a little bit. I'll be updating more in the next few weeks, prices, recipes, and some photos.
